In upstate new york can i legally shoot my pellet gun in my yard?

I am 15 and an avid hunter and i am familiar with the fact that to be target shooting a bow in my yard i am supposed to have written permission by everyone within 500 feet of where i am shooting and also that a pellet gun is not considered a firearm. So the question is can i legally shoot a 360 fps walther nighthawk co2 powered pellet pistol in my yard? i have only been shooting in my basement because if you look this pellet gun up you will see that it is VERY realistic looking and without any of the weaver rails, flashlight, or red dot on it it looks exactly like a .45……..i have tried googling the answer to this but was unable to find any information any help would be appreciated

The reason the Muslims built their dome of the rock on top of the Jewish temple mount is because that is what most nations and peoples do after conquering an area. They either tear down the previous religious temples and sites and put their own up, or if the old ones were already torn down they just build their own over them. This shows that the land is now theirs, and it is now their gods that the people will worship (or be murdered, usually).

Then of course the Christians said “uh no, we don’t think so!” and began what is known as the Crusades. There was murder galore of both Muslims and Jews at the hands of the Christian Crusaders as they attempted to take back the land from the Muslims.

P.S. Muslims didn’t start believing that the temple mount was where Mohammed ascended to heaven until after the 1920s. There are Arab brochures from that time, from the Waqf (the Arab organization in charge of the temple mount) that states that this was the site of the two jewish temples.

In fact, the Koran states only that Mohammed had a DREAM that he went to the “farthest mosque” and ascended to heaven from there. Jerusalem is not even mentioned in the Koran one time. Not once.

It didn’t become convenient for the Muslims to decide that the “farthest mosque” was Jerusalem until after the 1920s. In fact, Jerusalem had no mosque when Mohammed was alive, nor was jerusalem very far from where Mohammed lived – certainly not qualifying as the “farthest mosque” on either count.
